What payment methods does Sharon-B accept

For our Dutch customers, we accept payments via iDEAL. Belgian customers can pay with Bancontact and KBC.

How much are the shipping costs?

For orders under €49, shipping costs are €4.95 in the Netherlands and €5.95 in Belgium. We offer free shipping for all orders over €49.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply select your desired products, add them to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process on our website.

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact our customer service department by phone to make changes or cancellations. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At Sharon-B, we strive to deliver your order quickly: within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands and 2-3 business days in Belgium, depending on how busy PostNL is. After your order is picked up by PostNL, we have no direct control over the delivery. Should you receive a delivery confirmation but still do not have the package, PostNL will usually deliver it within 2 business days. We encourage you to keep a close eye on the tracking information for updates on your delivery and if there are any delays or problems, please contact PostNL directly.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery status online through PostNL's site.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, we ask that you notify us via email as soon as possible. To support your report, please take a picture of the entire order, including the packing slip, and attach it to your email. This information will help us address your problem more efficiently and find an appropriate solution.

Does Sharon-B offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Keep an eye on our website for updates on international shipping.

Discount Codes

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed. We understand that this can be disappointing, but our systems do not allow discounts to be applied after an order has been processed.

 

So how does it work?

However, feel free to place a new order and apply the discount code during checkout. That way, you will still benefit from the discount on your new purchase.

What kind of products does Sharon-B offer?

Sharon-B specializes in a wide range of dog accessories, including dog harnesses, collars, muzzles, leash pants, dog diapers, and grooming products such as paw balm and ear cleaners. We also offer washable puppy training pads and a selection of reflective accessories.

Are Sharon-B's personal care products really 100% natural?

Yes, all of our dog and cat grooming products are 100% natural. They contain no harmful chemicals, making them safe and gentle to use on your pet.

Can I get advice on what size to order for my dog?

Absolutely! On our website you will find a detailed size chart with each product. For additional help, you can always contact our customer service team via whatsapp; we are happy to help you find the perfect size for your dog.

Are the dog diapers and heat pants comfortable for my dog?

Yes, our dog diapers and leash pants are designed with comfort in mind. They are made of soft materials and are adjustable for the perfect fit, allowing your dog to move comfortably and freely.

Does Sharon-B also offer products for cats?

Yes, Sharon-B is expanding its product line to cats by selling K9Laboratories supplements. These supplements are specially designed to support cats for various health issues such as Stress, Hip & Joint and for Sneezing Disease.

Exchanges & Returns

Return period:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The 14-day period starts the day after you receive the last item of your order.

Conditions hygiene products:

For the return of heat pants, skirts and dog diapers, it is essential that the hygiene sticker has not been removed. Products with the hygiene sticker removed are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. Pee pads must be unused or they will not be eligible for return.

Status product:

To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Return costs & refunds

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will proceed to refund, excluding the original shipping costs

Please note that processing your return may take 5-8 business days from receipt. We would like to remind you that returning products is at your own risk. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you send your return with tracking. This provides extra security and allows you to track the package until it reaches us.
